Oratly may process the audio from your recordings to create a text transcript of what you said.
The transcript may be stored and processed as part of providing your communication review and feedback.

Oratly may generate and store information derived from your practice sessions, including:
- communication scores;

- Structure feedback;
- Conciseness feedback;
- observations about what worked;
- areas for improvement;
- alternative ways to begin or structure a response; and
- other automated communication analysis.
Practice and Usage Information
We may collect information about your activity within Oratly that is necessary to operate app features, such as:
- practice sessions;
- recording dates and times;
- practice type or scenario;
- completion activity;
- session duration;
- progress or practice history; and
- identifiers associated with recordings or practice sessions.

5. Recording, Transcription, and AI Processing
When you submit a recording for review, Oratly may process the recording and its audio through automated systems and third-party service providers.
This processing may include:
- receiving and storing your recording;
- processing or extracting audio from the recording;
- converting speech into a text transcript;
- analyzing the transcript and related practice information;
- generating automated communication feedback; and
- returning the resulting review to your Oratly account.
Automated processing may use artificial-intelligence technologies.
AI-generated feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent and should not be treated as professional advice or as a guarantee of any workplace or career outcome.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information to third parties in the circumstances described below.
Service Providers
We may provide information to companies that help us operate Oratly, including providers of:
- cloud hosting;
- authentication;
- database services;
- file storage;
- transcription;
- artificial-intelligence processing; and
- other technical infrastructure.

Recordings
At launch, recordings submitted through Oratly may remain stored after your feedback has been generated.
Oratly does not currently promise automatic deletion of recordings after processing.

Account Information
Account information may be retained for as long as your account remains active.
When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs before being deleted through normal system processes.

- request access to personal information associated with your account;
- request correction of inaccurate account information;
- request deletion of recordings or other personal information;

Oratly may request access to features on your device that are necessary for app functionality, such as:
- camera access for video practice;
- microphone access for recording your voice; and

Oratly is primarily designed for you to practice your own speaking.
If another person's image, voice, or personal information is included in a recording, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before recording or submitting that content.
Recording and privacy laws vary by jurisdiction.
14. Children and Minors
Oratly is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly permit users under 18 to create accounts or use the Service.
If we learn that information has been collected from a person under 18 contrary to this policy, we may take steps to delete the information and terminate the associated account.
